Welcome to EP88. We believe in fair play—both for you and for us. These Terms and Conditions (T&C) are here to protect everyone and ensure that your gaming experience is safe, secure, and fun. By creating an account, you’re agreeing to play by these rules.

1. Who Can Play?

• Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to play.
• One Person, One Account: To keep things fair, we only allow one account per person. If we find multiple accounts linked to the same person or household to claim extra bonuses, we reserve the right to close them.
• Real Info Only: When you sign up, you must use your real name and details. This is crucial for withdrawals (see Section 3).

2. Your Account & Security

• Keep it Secret: Your password is the key to your vault. Do not share it with anyone. If someone else accesses your account because you shared your login, we cannot be held responsible for any losses.
• Verification: Sometimes we might ask for ID to verify it’s really you. This is standard procedure to prevent fraud and protect your funds.

3. Money Talk: Deposits & Withdrawals

• The “Name Match” Rule: This is the most important rule. The bank account you use to deposit or withdraw MUST match the name registered on your EP88 account. We do not accept third-party transfers (e.g., using your friend’s bank account).
• Wagering Requirements: To prevent money laundering, all deposits usually need to be played through at least once (1x turnover) before you can withdraw.
• Fast Payouts: We aim to process withdrawals as fast as possible (usually within minutes). However, if there is bank maintenance or suspicious activity, it might take a little longer.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

• Free Money Comes with Rules: We love giving bonuses! But remember, bonuses usually come with a Turnover/Rollover Requirement. This means you must bet a certain amount before you can withdraw the bonus money.
• No “Bonus Hunting”: Bonuses are for genuine players. If we detect strategies used solely to exploit bonuses (like arbitrage betting or opposite betting), we may confiscate the bonus and winnings.

5. Fair Play (No Cheating)

• Real Players Only: We do not allow bots, AI software, or syndicates.
• Zero Tolerance for Fraud: Any attempt to manipulate the system, scam other players, or use stolen credit cards will result in an immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of funds.

6. Our Responsibility

The “Glitch” Clause: We pride ourselves on stable tech, but technology isn’t perfect. If a game malfunctions or pays out incorrectly due to a system error (a “glitch”), those winnings are void. We will refund your original stake, but we cannot honor payouts from broken games.
